Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
Work closely with Real Estate Agents to collect potential customer data.
Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of sales.
Researching current trends and competitor offerings in order to develop new products or improve existing offerings.
Promote the products of the company- flats & commercial space.
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to determine whether goals were met and additional measures are needed.
Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for products-flats & commercial space.
Prepare a database of potential customers. Survey new areas for data collection.
To recruit Real Estate Agents in designated areas.
Follow up with team members regularly. Build a strong relationship with Real Estate Agents.
Arrange Meetings with the team members. Coordinating with customer influencers.
Project presentation to the potential customer in the office & in the project site.
Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Only Male
Field Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively and conduct outdoor client visits/field visits as required.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media/digital marketing tools or CRM platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure in a target-oriented environment.
Preference: Candidates possessing a personal two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) with a valid driving license will get preference.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate /will be an added advantage.
