Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives (Male) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target
Identify and approach potential clients for apartment sales
Present and explain company projects to prospective buyers
Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed project information
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and references
Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
