Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
100% Export Oriented Knit Garments
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and verify all export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading (B/L), UD, UD amendment, Rex.
Analyze Export L/C, prepare bank negotiation documents, and ensure timely payment realization.
Coordinate with C&F agents, shipping lines and freight forwarders for container booking, customs clearance, and timely shipment.
Process GSP certificates and export permissions from the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), BGMEA/BKMEA, and Chambers of Commerce.
Maintain strong liaison with foreign buyers, internal production teams, and commercial banks to provide real-time shipment updates.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly export status reports for the management.
Daily basis update to M.D & other concern in own accord.
Capable to work under pressure.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

7 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
The applicant should have experience in Commercial Section.
Must be very good in communicating in fluent English.
Applicant should be well capable do deal with foreign customers.
