Job Description / Responsibility
- To prepare monthly and yearly plans, including service strategies, policies, procedures, and practices for all service channels in order to ensure effective after-sales customer service to the end users of tractors.
- To prepare monthly and yearly spare parts and lube oil sales plans, strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Follow up with the team to achieve weekly/monthly targets (service income, job cards, spare parts, and lubricants) as per the goals set by management.
- Field Team (Parts, Service) capability building—planning, approval from management, trainer arrangement, and execution.
- After-sales, product-related issues are settled based on correspondence with principals.
- Ensuring closure of all escalations related to parts, lube, and service (end-to-end—from field till principals/management/others).
- Promotional activities planning, approval, and execution.
- To provide monthly summary reports of service revenue, spare parts, and lubricant oil sales.
- Service and spare parts manpower assessment, recruitment, and training.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, Administration, Accounts, and HRD.
- At least once in a quarter, visit the regional offices and the secondary network.
- Ensuring monthly parts/lube orders to principals and follow-up for LC.
- Checking tour bills of the mechanics and engineers.
- Monthly report (PSF, HR, Audit & A/C) generation and forwarding.
- PSF & TAT report analysis and follow-up with regions.
- Review with the team on their responsibilities.
- Ensuring monthly rewards and recognition are executed in a timely manner.
- Provide and maintain all required service tools and related materials at all regional ends.
- Ensuring all job card entries into the Service App and monitoring the outcomes.
- Coordination and official communication with the principals of Mahindra and Indo Farm Tractors.
- Special duties and responsibilities:
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Strong command over regular office software especially in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point & Internet Browsing.
- The applicants should have experiences as a Service Head operations in the following area(s): Tractor Service, Spare parts, Marketing.
- The applicants should have experience as a Service Head (Operations) in the tractor and automobile industries.
