Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day Accounting
Record daily transactions in accounting software/ledger
Prepare vouchers for payments, receipts, and journal entries
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and supporting documents
Payroll & HR Accounts
Assist in preparing salary sheets and attendance reconciliation
Calculate salary, deductions, bonuses, and process payroll data
Maintain employee salary and advance records
Vendor & Tenant Accounts
Prepare vendor bills, track payments, and follow up on dues
Manage tenant rental billing, collection, and receipts for company properties
Reconcile tenant and vendor accounts monthly
Bank & Cash Management
Prepare bank deposit slips and payment instruments
Reconcile bank statements with books of accounts
Handle petty cash and maintain cash book
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and summaries for management
Assist in audit preparation and provide required documents
Support in tax, VAT, and other compliance-related documentation
Handle any emergency/urgent accounts work assigned by Board Members.
General Support
Coordinate with HR, Admin

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Fresher’s with accounting software knowledge can apply.
