Job Description / Responsibility
- To ensure accurate & timely recording of financial transaction as to prepare & reviewing Financial statements including Income statement, Balance sheet & Cash flows.
- Ensuring day to day error free transaction & record keeping/entry in ERP system.
- All Bill/Bouchers and Receipt & payment ERP posting accurately.
- Preparing priodical financial report & provide to management.
- Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Financial Reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
- Handling Company Tax and Vat related task/works.
- Verifying delivery challan carefully and ensuring challan match with delivery.
- Prepare VAT, Tax and other statutory documents as required.
- Generating various finance and accounting related reports and submitting it to authority.
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters in any discipline·
- Good knowledge of microsoft excel, words & powerpoint and other related software.
- Any Certification related to Accounts & ERP software will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Candidates must have Excellent verbal and written comunication skills in the English language.
