Job Description / Responsibility

Forecast the business on a short-run as well as a long-run basis to achieve the operational goal.
Analyze sales of retail business & maintain sales,stock,and production database in retail business.
Check with business planning regarding monthly target and capacity utilization.
Develop, document and implement business plans, processes, and procedures in respect of retail fashion brands.
Prepare business performance reports on a monthly basis.
Analysis of new business development.
Prepare and maintain a master database by identifying sources of information , assembling, verifying & backing up data.
Inventory management like again analysis/fast-moving or slow moving items etc.
Develop a sales dashboard & highlight key trends with insights.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics, Statistics
Bachelor`s degree in MIS, Finance, Economics or relevant subject from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 26 years
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is highly preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Management will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
