Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote sea and air freight import services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance metrics.
