Job Description / Responsibility

Zenov BPO Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Team Leader / Team Leader to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant BPO experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily BPO operations and ensure service delivery consistently meets client KPIs and SLAs.
Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and operational staff to maintain high performance standards.
Monitor operational metrics, productivity, and quality performance, and implement corrective actions when required.
Drive continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality and communication.
Implement operational best practices, compliance standards, and risk management procedures.
Coordinate with HR, Training, and Quality teams to support employee development and performance management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant BPO operational experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain support services.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed operational targets and performance goals.
Proficiency in operational reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance management tools.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
