Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and monitor daily field sales operations and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Guide and monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) to maximize market coverage.
Recruit new dealers and distributors and maintain strong business relationships with them.
Visit retail outlets regularly and identify new market opportunities.
Develop new retail outlets and expand the company's market network.
Ensure regular collection of outstanding payments from dealers/distributors.
Collect and report accurate stock and sales information to higher management (TSO/ASM/RSM).
Monitor competitor activities, product movement, and market trends.
Identify sales team issues and take necessary initiatives to resolve them.
Work to increase the company's product distribution and market presence.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Toiletries

Additional Job Requirements

1–2 years of active field sales experience.
Mandatory experience in selling Cosmetics and Toiletries products.
Good knowledge of dealer, distributor, and retail markets.
Strong team-handling and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in outdoor field environments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
