Job Description / Responsibility

Accounts Executive will be responsible for all financial transaction of Steel Times and its sister concerns.
He will build financial coordination among departments and banks.
Location: DHAKA (NORTH-SOUTH ROAD, BANGSHAL, DHAKA)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records (Journals, Ledgers, Invoices etc.).
Prepare and process invoices, payments and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Handle vat and tax related issue.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.

Educational Requirements

Graduation/ Post-graduation in Accounting from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Steel

Additional Job Requirements

Language: must be fluent in Bangla and English.
Minimum 1 year experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Accounting (Debit/Credit).
Good command in MS Excel and commuter skill.
Strong communication skill.
Honest, reliable, and detail oriented.
