Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and lead the Air Export team.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues within the priorities.
Manage and oversee the entire air export operations process
Handle export documentation, airline bookings, and compliance with internationa regulations.
Daily correspondence with overseas Agent, airlines and concern parties/custome as well.
Ensure timely cargo movement and smooth coordination with customs and regulatory bodies.
Lead and supervise the air export team to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs, costs, and service quality to improve the highest-level efficiency.
Strong negotiating power for securing competitive rates with airlines an overseas agents.

Educational Requirements

MBA/Masters from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

7 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Work experience:
Minimum 7-8 years solid experience in air export operations in a freight forwarding company or any International Air Lines will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of IATA rules, Air Export regulations, and Customs Clearance processes.

Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary Range

Negotiable
