Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain daily, expense and receipt records.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist with cash book, bank book, petty cash, and other accounting records.
Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Maintain employee salary, advance, loan, deduction, and payment-related records.
Preparing monthly payroll and salary sheets.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and supporting records.
Assist management with monthly financial reports and account summaries.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, suppliers, and other parties when required.
Assist with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory documentation under senior management guidance.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Professional Photographers, Software Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
