Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
As a freight forwarding CRM (Customer Relationship Management) executive one have to manages client relationships, tracks shipment data, and supports sales growth. Key duties include client communication, data management, and cross-department coordination.
Client Communication and Support
Respond fast: Answer client and overseas agent questions about shipments or rates quickly via phone or email.
Give updates: Keep clients informed on cargo status, including changes in transport milestones or schedules.
Handle issues: Solve customer complaints and fix service problems in a helpful way.
CRM and Data Management
Update records: Keep client contact details, interaction history, and booking data clean and accurate in the software.
Track leads: Capture new sales leads from calls, emails, or marketing campaigns and pass them to the sales team.
Run reports: Analyze customer data to create reports on client habits and revenue trends.
Team Coordination
Work with sales: Help the sales group prepare price quotes, proposals, and customer retention plans.
Link with operations: Connect with air, ocean, and customs teams to make sure shipments move smoothly from start to finish.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding

Additional Job Requirements

At least 3 years in freight forwarding Industry.
