Job Description / Responsibility

Receive, inspect and record incoming frozen products and materials.
Ensure proper storage of frozen items by maintaining required temperature standards.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in Records Book.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles for inventory management.
Coordinate product dispatch according to delivery schedules.
Prepare delivery documents, challans, invoices and gate passes as required.
Work closely with Production, Sales, Logistics and Transport teams to ensure timely product distribution.
Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring product quality and safety.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety within the frozen warehouse.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards and workplace health and safety regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock, Agro based Startup
