Job Description / Responsibility

Timing- 9am-5.30 pm

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. MBA will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Sales.
Experience in Agriculture Products, Motorcycle Spare Parts, Automobile Spare Parts, or similar products is preferred.
Must have experience in dealer and distributor sales.
Must have experience in field sales and market visits.
Experience in finding new customers and increasing sales in new areas.
Experience in managing and communicating with dealers, shops, wholesalers, retailers, mechanics, workshops, and customers.
Must have experience in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Experience in managing a sales team and checking their daily/weekly performance.
Experience in making sales plans, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
Experience in checking competitor products, prices, and market conditions.
Good experience in customer relationship management and solving customer problems.
Experience in handling dealer orders, product delivery, stock, discounts, and payment follow-up.
Must be willing to travel to different markets and districts for sales and customer visits.
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Experience with CRM or sales software is a plus.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience selling the following products will be given
preference:
Agricultural machinery and equipment
Agricultural spare parts
Motorcycle spare parts
Automobile spare parts
Motorcycle accessories
Engine parts and related products
Important: The candidate should be able to build good relationships with dealers, bring new dealers, increase sales, and help the company grow in new markets.
