Territory Sales Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Sales Drive:
Plan and Implement sales strategies and achieve sales target.
Monitor and analyze territory sales performance and take corrective actions.
Identify market opportunities, potential customers and increase market share.
Team Development:
Manage, motivate and train the sales team.
Ensure regular field visit with team members for monitoring and evaluate performance.
Set clear individual KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Team Supervision & Follow up:
Monitor and follow up individual farmers contract (IFC), farmer meeting (FM), demonstration, campaigning, hat day and other promotional activities.
Monitor and follow up daily activities of the team and send report to the reporting officer.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmer, customers and government officials.
Ensure adequate product availability as demand.
Market data & Competitor Analysis:
Analysis competitor activities, product pricing, business trends and customer preferences.
Collect market feedback and share insights with sales and marketing team.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Patuakhali Science and Technology University,Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University students will get preference

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
