Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: Officer - Livestock is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with farmers and agents while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves providing technical support in livestock farming, driving sales growth, promoting products, monitoring farm performance, and delivering insights to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agents while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Train and educate farmers on effective cattle farming practices, including biosecurity and disease management.
Support sales growth by assisting existing customers and expanding business opportunities.
Develop the market by attracting competitors’ customers and identifying new growth areas and agents.
Monitor farm performance and sales data and report insights to management.
Promote and brand products while distributing promotional materials to customers.
Provide technical support to solve farming challenges and improve feed efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Agribusiness and Livestock or relevant field. (Education can be relaxed for experienced candidates).

Experience Requirements

At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Farming, Livestock
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Male
Proper feeding, routing healthcare and selecting the right breeds for the farm.
Online & Social Media Marketing.
Visiting different farms.
Purchase Livestock (cattle, goats, sheep, cattle feed and nutritional additives etc.)
