Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Factory Premises, Vannara, Mouchak, Gazipur
Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance of generators, cutting machines, sewing machines, lasting machines and laser machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth factory operations.
Develop and implement maintenance plans for critical equipment.
Inspect and evaluate machine conditions for optimal performance.
Plan and request necessary parts and accessories in advance.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations.
Execute other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery

Additional Job Requirements

Academic Qualification & Experience:
2-3 years of relevant working experience in the footwear industry.

Understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations relevant to the footwear industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
