Senior Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

Identify and evaluate potential sites based on project requirements.
Conduct technical feasibility studies, site inspections, and due diligence.
Assess land topography, soil conditions, accessibility, utilities, and environmental constraints.
Coordinate with landowners, government agencies, and local authorities during the acquisition process.
Review land ownership documents, survey reports, and legal records in collaboration with legal teams.
Prepare technical reports, site evaluation documents, and acquisition recommendations.
Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, environmental standards, and statutory requirements.
Support contract negotiations by providing technical advice and site-related information.
Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, approvals, and documentation.
Monitor project timelines and ensure site acquisition milestones are achieved.
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with proposed sites.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
