Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare architectural concepts, plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Develop 2D and 3D designs using industry-standard software.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements.
Prepare BOQ, design presentations, and project documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction methods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
