Job Description / Responsibility

Kashmiri Beauty by Jiniath is looking for a responsible, confident, and customer-friendly Call Center Executive to join our team.
Work Location: New Apollo gate , Dhali kacha bazar , Norda.
Working Hours: 10am-8pm
Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls professionally and politely
Confirm orders and collect accurate delivery information
Provide product and offer-related information
Follow up with customers when necessary
Maintain daily call and order records
Handle customer complaints with patience

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Good communication skills in Bangla
Basic computer and Facebook page-handling knowledge
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
Must be punctual, honest, patient, and responsible
Female candidates are encouraged to apply
