Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee the customer care team to deliver top-tier support and satisfaction
Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with company goals
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Analyze customer feedback to improve our services and processes
Ensure timely responses to customer queries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to improve processes and customer experiences
Must have good knowledge of computer operations and communications to use call center systems efficiently.
Willing to work and on 24 X 7 roster basis, including weekends and public holidays.
