Job Description / Responsibility
- About the Role
- Gawsia Developers Ltd. is looking for a creative, trend-conscious and AI-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media design, digital content trends and real-estate branding, with the ability to turn marketing concepts into visually compelling content.
- This role will focus heavily on creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms, while using the latest AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, production quality and workflow efficiency.

- Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics and visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative designs for real-estate projects, property promotions, campaigns, launches and corporate communications.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, banners, brochures and digital campaign materials.
- Stay updated with latest social media design trends, visual styles, formats and content trends.
- Use AI tools to research trends, generate creative concepts, explore visual directions and accelerate design production.
- Work with AI-assisted tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Photoshop AI and other emerging creative platforms.
- Develop creative variations for paid social media campaigns and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Video and Sales teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication.
- Maintain consistency with Gawsia Developers Ltd.'s brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Retouch photographs, enhance property images and prepare high-quality visuals for digital marketing.
- Create designs that communicate premium real-estate, lifestyle and architectural concepts effectively.
- Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify emerging creative opportunities.
- Organize and maintain editable design files and creative assets.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
- Bachelor`s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Agro based Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, property development, advertising, digital marketing or a creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects and/or Canva will be an advantage.
- Practical experience with AI-powered design and content-generation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media dimensions, formats, typography, composition, color, branding and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically strong and marketing-focused.
- Strong understanding of current Facebook and Instagram creative trends.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital marketing work is mandatory.
- AI & Emerging Technology Skills
- The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows, including:
- AI image generation and image enhancement
- AI-assisted creative ideation and concept development
- Generative fill and photo manipulation
- AI-assisted copy and content ideation
- Trend research and social-media trend discovery
- AI-assisted video and motion-content creation
- Rapid generation of multiple creative variations
- The ability to learn and adapt to new AI tools is more important than knowing every specific platform.
