Job Description / Responsibility
- Badi eSIM looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong AI skills to manage, grow, and promote our brand across all major social media platforms.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Badi eSIM’s complete social media strategy.
- Create daily/weekly content using AI tools.
- Produce engaging posts, graphics, short videos, Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and promotional campaigns.
- Use AI to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, images, videos, voiceovers, and advertising creatives.
- Build a monthly social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Grow followers, engagement, website traffic, leads, and eSIM sales.
- Research trending travel destinations, eSIM topics, telecom news, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
- Create campaigns targeting international travelers, tourists, business travelers, students, and digital nomads.
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Work with influencers and travel-content creators.
- Manage and optimize paid social-media campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
- Track performance using analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Continuously test different content, creatives, audiences, and campaigns to improve conversions.

- Proven experience managing multiple social-media platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Understanding of social-media algorithms and trends.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth.
- Experience in eSIM, telecom, travel, SaaS, or technology is an advantage.
- AI Skills We Are Looking For
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with tools such as:
- ChatGPT / OpenAI
- AI image-generation tools
- AI video-generation and editing tools
- Canva AI
- CapCut
- AI voiceover tools
- Social-media scheduling and automation platforms
- AI analytics and content-research tools
- Experience building AI-powered content and marketing automation workflows will be a strong advantage.
