Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts.
Reply promptly and professionally to all social media queries received through inboxes, comments and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information about the company’s hotel bookings, tour packages, education services and other offerings.
Follow up with potential customers and convert social media inquiries into sales or confirmed bookings.
Create and publish regular posts, stories, reels and promotional content across all social media platforms.
Prepare and maintain a regular social media content schedule.
Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements for better results.
Maintain customer and lead records and prepare regular performance reports.
Handle customer complaints professionally and forward important issues to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, competitors and audience engagement.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agency, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service, Travel Startup, Transport Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of practical experience in social media moderation, social media management or digital marketing is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and Meta Business Suite.
Practical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising, audience targeting and lead generation.
Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation and video editing will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Ability to communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Must be responsible, creative, organized and target-oriented.
