Candidate Requirements
Strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Must have a strong understanding of the current Meta advertising ecosystem, including the Meta Andromeda system and modern AI-driven ad delivery and creative optimization.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, A/B testing, creative testing, scaling, and performance analysis.
Deep knowledge of AI-powered image generation tools and techniques is required.
Deep knowledge of AI-powered video generation tools and techniques is required.
Must be highly comfortable using AI tools for content creation, image generation, video generation, copywriting, creative development, and marketing.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter), including their content formats, audience behavior, algorithms, and marketing opportunities.
Ability to develop platform-specific content strategies for different social media platforms.
Strong creative thinking and ability to develop new and engaging campaign ideas.
Ability to analyze marketing data and make decisions based on campaign performance.
Strong communication, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously learn new AI and digital marketing technologies.
Candidates with proven experience in generating leads/customer responses through paid social media campaigns will be given preference.
