Graphics Designer & Social Media Content Creator

Job Description / Responsibility
- Graphic & Visual Design: Create professional graphics, social media posts, banners, advertisements, infographics, and promotional materials for hospital services, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop engaging motion graphics, animated posts, typography, and convert static designs into dynamic visual content.
- Video Production & Editing: Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, and other digital content, including footage cutting, color correction, transitions, text animation, sound synchronization, and basic effects.
- Healthcare Content Design: Develop creative visual content for hospital services, healthcare campaigns, health awareness programs, packages, offers, events, and corporate communications.
- Social Media Content: Create platform-specific visual content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels while maintaining professional healthcare communication standards.
- Campaign Support: Work closely with the Marketing/Corporate Communication Team to develop creative materials based on approved concepts, campaigns, events, and promotional requirements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and video content follow the hospital’s approved brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and communication standards.
- Creative Concept Development: Suggest innovative ideas, visual concepts, layouts, animations, and video approaches to improve audience engagement and digital presence.
- Revision & Quality Control: Make necessary modifications based on management/marketing feedback and ensure all final designs and videos are accurate, high-quality, and error-free.
- Timely Delivery: Manage multiple creative assignments efficiently and complete graphics, videos, social media content, and campaign materials within assigned deadlines.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with a Diploma/Professional Certificate in Graphic Design with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
- Training in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Branding, Logo Design, Social Media Design, and Digital Content Creation will be preferred.
