Job Description / Responsibility
- Slow Resorts Ltd is seeking a talented, creative, and passionate Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to build and manage the digital presence of The Slow Deck and The Slow Garden. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of social media marketing who can create premium-quality content that reflects international hospitality standards while driving online engagement and bookings.
- Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design high-quality social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, menus, and promotional materials.
- Edit photos and videos to international hospitality and luxury branding standards.
- Produce engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other short-form video content.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and publish content regularly.
- Respond professionally to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
- Track social media trends and implement creative ideas to increase engagement.
- Digital Marketing & Online Sales
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create targeted campaigns to increase direct bookings, inquiries, and brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven strategies.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns, and digital partnerships.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media growth, advertising performance, and online sales.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Media Buying Professional.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Google Analytics (GA4) Certification.
- Adobe Certified Professional (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro).
- Canva Design Certification (preferred).
- Training in photography, videography, or content creation.
- Certification in digital marketing, SEO, or social media marketing from a recognised institution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, video editing, and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Meta
- Business Suite and AI-powered creative tools.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Resort
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent software.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing.
- Excellent creative, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic photography and videography skills are highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
