Job Description / Responsibility
- Act as a video host/presenter for company promotional and informational videos
- Present company products, services, projects, events, and corporate activities professionally on camera
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, product videos, and corporate content
- Develop creative content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Write social media captions, video scripts, promotional content, and digital communication materials
- Research industry trends, competitors, hashtags, and emerging social media formats
- Design professional social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, promotional materials, and digital advertisements
- Manage and support the company's official social media accounts
- Publish and schedule posts, videos, Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other digital content
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, audience interactions, and basic social media performance
- Assist in preparing monthly and weekly content calendars
- Support digital campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events, and corporate programs
- Coordinate with different departments to collect information, photographs, videos, and project updates
- Convert technical and product-related information into simple and engaging digital content
- Maintain organized archives of company photos, videos, graphics, project footage, and source files
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance summaries
- Suggest creative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Chemical Industries
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 28 years
- Must be confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in digital media and social media trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools will be an advantage
