- Job Summary
- The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging content across the company's social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives. The role works closely with the Creative, Product, E-commerce, and Sales teams to execute digital campaigns, promote products, and build a strong online community while maintaining the company's brand identity.
- Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage the company's official social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish content according to the approved marketing plan.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Content Creation & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Creative team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy that encourage audience engagement.
- Ensure content aligns with current digital trends and platform best practices.
- Community Management
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally or coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Build positive relationships with customers and online communities.
- Escalate customer complaints or sensitive issues to the appropriate department.
- Campaign Execution
- Execute social media campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, contests, giveaways, and online activation campaigns.
- Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating creative assets and campaign requirements.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, video views, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers and online community.
- Social media engagement rate.
- Content publishing consistency.
- Reach and impressions achieved.
- Video views and content performance.
- Campaign engagement and conversion.
- Response time to customer inquiries.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Research Organization
Additional Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Communication.
- Experience in consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or digital agencies is prefer
