Job Description / Responsibility
- The Set Manager is responsible for the smooth, efficient, and timely execution of fashion, lifestyle, advertising, editorial, e-commerce, and video/photo production sets. The role coordinates people, schedules, locations, equipment, vendors, props, styling requirements, and day-to-day set operations to ensure productions run according to the creative brief, budget, and timeline.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating all operational aspects of photo and video production sets
- Coordinating with photographers, directors, talents, makeup artists, production teams, and clients
- Preparing detailed call sheets, schedules, production plans, and daily set requirements
- Ensuring the set is ready before the arrival of talent, crew, and clients
- Coordinating set design, props, furniture, lighting requirements, backdrops, and other production materials
- Managing set-up, shoot execution, changeovers, and dismantling
- Ensuring smooth coordination between the creative and production teams
- Managing production vendors, suppliers, freelancers, technicians, and contractors
- Tracking production expenses and ensure spending remains within the approved budget
- Arranging and monitoring transportation, equipment, catering, refreshments, parking, and other logistical requirements
- Ensuring all required garments, accessories, products, samples, props, and styling materials are available on set
- Maintaining proper documentation and tracking of samples, products, equipment, and props
- Coordinating multiple looks, scenes, locations, or product setups during a shoot
- Resolving operational issues and unexpected challenges quickly during production
- Maintaining discipline, professionalism, and an efficient working environment on set
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, and company policies
- Coordinating with post-production teams for file handover, product tracking, and production documentation
- Conducting post-production wrap-up and ensure all equipment, products, props, and materials are returned appropriately

- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Advertising Agency, Film Production, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- Coordinating campaign shoots, lookbooks, catalogues, e-commerce shoots, social media content, editorial shoots, and brand activations
- Managing product/sample movement between warehouse, studio, showroom, and location
- Coordinating talents schedules and outfit changes
- Ensuring accurate product/garment sequencing according to the shoot plan
- Working closely with merchandising and styling teams to ensure the correct products are photographed
- Supporting creative teams in translating the visual concept into an efficiently managed physical set
- Coordinating location permissions and production requirements where applicable
