Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure Plan and maintenance all Utility machines, Substation, Pump, Solar system.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out on time
Ensure the maintenance of Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, VRF System, HVAC System, Chiller, Pump, Solar System & Substation.
Troubleshoot and maintain Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, VRF System, HVAC System, Chiller, Pump, Solar System & Substation Transformer, Switchgear, LT Panel, MDB, DB, PFI and BBT System.
Perform and prepare report for RSC and NIRAPON audit purposes ER, IR, Thermal, LPS design, Yearly substation check, Electrical training, safety training, safety awareness, Transformer Oil test report, Yearly machine maintenance schedules, Boiler Hydraulic test report, Pressurized vassal test report and related documents for LEED practice.
Ensure spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for required parts.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with factory safety, compliance and LEED requirements.
Ensure the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new machines when required
Ensure and perform new factory setup with maintaining BNBC Code, NFPA Standard, RSC, NIRAPON and LEED Requirements.
Ensure Building Maintenance and MEP materials maintenance need to be carried out and follow-up as required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

8 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories
