Job Description / Responsibility

Assist the Merchandiser in handling buyer accounts and daily merchandising activities for Woven and Knit garments, especially Woven Outerwear.
Follow up on sampling, production, quality, and shipment schedules to ensure timely order execution.
Coordinate with buyers, factories, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth order progression.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, T&A, and production status reports.
Communicate with buyers regarding sample approvals, comments, and order updates.
Support sourcing of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other raw materials as required.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure buyer quality standards are followed.
Must have hands-on experience in both Woven and Knit garments, with strong experience in Woven Outerwear merchandising.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 35 years
Woven Outerwear Merchandising, Quality & T&A Management, Problem Solving Ability, Costing & Order Management.
