Job Description / Responsibility

Operation:
Prepare production plans and manage production capacity.
Coordinate with Production and Sales teams to meet customer requirements.
Monitor daily production and follow up on delays, urgent orders, and remakes.
Prioritize targeted buyer/urgent orders and ensure timely order-wise material preparation.
Regularly visit the production floor, identify and resolve operational issues, and follow up on production progress.
Ensure timely completion of orders and be willing to work on shifting duty (Morning & Evening) as required.
Purchase:
Maintain PSI files, collect consumption data from Sales, prepare purchase plans, and monitor stock levels.
Monitor shortage files and follow up on material requirements.
Receive consignments and ensure timely value entry in the system.
Manage Wings (ERP) adjustments, including on-keep and release activities.
Coordinate with YOC, Sales, relevant sections, and the Import team as required.
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirements.
Master:
Register new Zipper & Slider items and maintain item information.
Update minimum production length for zipper items as required.
Maintain and amend YKK item structures and related settings.
Process unused-item disposal and stock adjustments using the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system.
Update unit weight and register special items through WF software (ERP).
Maintain minimum stock and on-keep stock setting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Additional Job Requirements

English language proficiency (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Computer Operation knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Power point etc.
