Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and monitor production plans in line with customer orders and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, IE, SCM and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor daily production progress against the approved plan and identify deviations.
Analyze capacity, production status and order requirements to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Prepare regular planning reports and provide updates to management.
Follow up on production schedules, line loading and order-wise production status.
Identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
Perform any other planning-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile engineering, IPE

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 34 years
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good command of MS Excel and reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of production planning and RMG operations.
