Job Description / Responsibility
- 1. Advanced Excel Expertise
- Strong command of Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, data analysis & others
- 2. MIS & Management Reporting
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, summaries and management information.
- 3. Garments Industry Knowledge
- Basic understanding of the garment production flow: Cutting → Sewing → Finishing → Quality → Packing → Shipment.
- 4. Production & KPI Analysis
- Ability to analyze target vs. actual production, line efficiency, productivity, quality, rejection, rework and production performance.
- 5. ERP & Database Knowledge
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and database management. Basic SQL (Structured Query Language) knowledge will be an added advantage.
- 6. Dashboard & Data Visualization
- Knowledge of Power BI (Business Intelligence Tools or similar BI tools for developing professional dashboards and visual management reports is preferred.
- 7. Data Accuracy & Management
- Ability to collect, verify, organize, analyze and maintain confidential operational data with a high level of accuracy.
- 8. Communication & Coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills with Production, Planning, Merchandising, HR, Quality, Store, Supply Chain and Accounts departments.
- 9. Experience & Problem-Solving
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may apply. 1–3 years of MIS/garments experience is preferred. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving ability are essential
Educational Requirements
- BBA, MBA or B.Sc., M.Sc. in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related discipline from a remarkable public & private university. MIS graduates will get preferred
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile, Washing Factory
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and other advanced functions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and data management.
- Experience in preparing dashboards and analytical reports.
- Knowledge of ERP/MIS software will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
