Job Description / Responsibility

100% Export Oriented Garments Accessories Manufacturer.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up marketing function of the organization;
Strategize and plan to collect order & execution process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new project development and branding.
Coordinate with the brands and manufacturer industries
Conduct regular meeting with the marketing team to discuss target status, marketing strategy.
Ensure the confidentiality of the customer & sensitive company information;
To maintain a relationship with the existing customers.
Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Generating new business leads.
Increasing product quality awareness and market share.
Developing and managing the marketing department`s budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
Managing the marketing department`s staff.
Preparing and presenting regularly reports to top management.
Promoting our product at relevant trade shows and major industry-related events.
Keeping informed of relevant marketing strategies and trends.

Educational Requirements

Graduation in any discipline
MBA in Marketing from any reputed University will be preferred

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments, Packaging Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Male, Female & Foreigner are allowed to apply
Minimum 10-12 years in similar field; Extensive product knowledge based on latest accessories trends in market will ease the required years of experience
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Marketing, Brand Promotion, Product Marketing
Ability to coordinate among multiple teams
Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs
