Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and manage international freight operations (FCL/LCL/Air), ensuring optimal cost, timing, and compliance with import/export regulations.
Oversee all import documentation, coordinate with customs brokers, and monitor clearance lead times to ensure timely delivery.
Manage Distribution Center (DC) operations including receiving, inbound quality checks, inventory slotting, safety stock, and replenishment planning (ROP/EOQ).
Collaborate weekly with Merchandising and Sourcing teams through S&OP meetings to align demand, supply, and exception management.
Supervise last-mile distribution to retail stores and e-commerce hubs, ensuring efficient logistics, damage control, and return handling.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Restaurant, Retail Store
