Job Description / Responsibility
- Maskura Group is a diversified multinational organization with business interests spanning chemicals, logistics, healthcare, fitness, and technology across Bangladesh, China, and the UK. As part of our ongoing expansion in the textile and garment chemicals sector, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our Chemical Division specialized in marketing & sales of AOP/Placement printing chemicals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify potential markets and customer segments for growth.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Visit factories and customers regularly to understand their needs and provide appropriate chemical solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Monitor sales performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and sales metrics.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and customer visits.
