Job Description / Responsibility

CHEMLUBE LIMITED (BPCL Authorized Distributor)
Department: Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data to prepare marketing strategies.
Organize market development programs to boost relations and sales.
Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing customers.
Planning, ensuring high product visibility in the market, and minimizing the market gap.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
Achieve company sales targets set by management and prepare periodic statements accordingly.
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 32 years
Applicants should have knowledge of lubricant products.
Should have good physical fitness and passion for a sales job.
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Bengali and English.
Good computer literacy is a must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
