Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff while managing schedules and performance.
Ensure customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Monitor sales performance, promote salon services and products, and achieve business targets.
Manage inventory, salon supplies, and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and other official works.

Experience Requirements
