Job Description / Responsibility

Provide prompt and effective medical assistance to employees for any health-related issues.
Conduct medical assessments during recruitment to ensure employee fitness for duty.
Monitor and follow up on health conditions of pregnant employees; support ongoing nutrition and maternal care programs.
Maintain proper medical records in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure availability and effective stock management of medicines and essential medical supplies.
Organize and deliver periodic training sessions for First Aiders; promote a culture of health and safety awareness submitting to the Management.
Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the industry.
Collaborate with the factory welfare team to share and implement continuous improvement plans in health and safety.
Carry out regular inspections and health campaigns to promote employee wellbeing.
Maintain accurate and timely reports on health and safety activities, incidents, and stock usage.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF).
Must need BMDC registration certificate.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Age 20 to 30 years
Only Female
Must be dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate health issues effectively.
Commitment to high standards of patient care and workplace health.
