Job Description / Responsibility

Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to employees for general illnesses, injuries, and occupational health concerns.
Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies and provide appropriate first aid and emergency care.
Supervise and manage the factory medical center, ensuring adequate medical supplies, equipment, and medicines are available at all times.
Maintain accurate medical records, treatment registers, and health reports in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employees’ fitness for work.
Coordinate employee health screening, vaccination, and preventive healthcare programs.
Monitor occupational health risks and recommend preventive measures to minimize workplace illnesses and injuries.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, occupational health regulations, buyer compliance requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate referrals to hospitals, specialists, and diagnostic centers when necessary.
Provide health education, awareness sessions, and counseling on hygiene, nutrition, reproductive health, communicable diseases, and workplace wellness.
Investigate workplace accidents and prepare medical reports as required.
Support compliance audits, inspections, and certifications related to health, safety, and worker welfare.
Collaborate with HR, Compliance, EHS, and factory management on employee health and welfare initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information and records.

Educational Requirements

MBBS in any reputed medical university
Valid medical registration/license.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
