Job Description / Responsibility
- As a vital contributor to our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of innovative menswear products of exceptional quality. Leveraging your deep understanding of contemporary fashion trends, fabric technologies, and consumer preferences, you will collaborate closely with the Manager to lead the creation of menswear products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. - Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Development Manager to execute the entire product development process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met under the Manager`s guidance.
- Work hand in hand with the design teams to bring innovative and marketable product concepts to life, aligning with customer needs and brand strategy.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, translating these insights into innovative and competitive product offerings.
- Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure a unified product vision and successful execution.
- Oversee critical tasks such as product testing, sample review, and quality assurance, ensuring products align with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in competitive analysis and benchmarking activities to remain updated on industry trends and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Establish and cultivate robust relationships with suppliers and vendors, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to infuse sustainability principles into the product design and development process.
- Contribute to impactful product presentations to key stakeholders.
- Stay attuned to market trends, innovative advancements, and market dynamics that may influence product strategies.
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and adhere to timelines.
Educational Requirements
- A bachelor`s or master`s degree in apparel manufacturing, fashion design, textile engineering, or a related field is required
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

- Key Qualifications:
- A good grasp of contemporary fashion trends, coupled with the ability to forecast future trends effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of apparel product design and development.
- Experience working as part of a team of designers and product developers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales.
- Substantial understanding of garment constructions and patterns.
- Strong understanding of fabric qualities, yarn, measurements, fit, and technical aspects of apparel manufacturing.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years in the relevant area
- Technical product development

- Team collaboration
- At least 4 years` experience as a Product Developer with a focus on Menswear product development in a reputed buying office or factory.
- Be able to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to empower others by sharing information and context around strategic direction and decision-making process
- In-depth knowledge of varieties of fabric and accessories
- Substantial knowledge of various types of print, embroidery, and other garment technology
- Should have proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and should conduct the team as a supportive leader
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
