Job Description / Responsibility
- Hashem Foods Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Bottle Blowing Machine Operator / Assistant Operator to operate and monitor PET bottle blowing machines, ensure smooth production, maintain consistent bottle quality, and achieve production targets. The Operator will take primary responsibility for machine operation and guide the Assistant Operators, while Assistant Operators will support machine operation, quality monitoring, cleaning, and routine production activities.
- Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottle blowing machines efficiently to ensure smooth and continuous production.
- Set, monitor, and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and timing according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper bottle formation, shape, size, thickness, appearance, and overall product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities, defects, and operational issues during production.
- Perform routine machine checks and coordinate with the Maintenance team for technical problems.
- Minimize production downtime, bottle rejection, material wastage, and product defects.
- Maintain the required production output and ensure efficient utilization of machinery and materials.
- Conduct regular inspection of bottles during production and immediately report quality issues to the Supervisor or Quality Control team.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping around the machine and production area.
- Maintain production, wastage, downtime, and other operational records as required.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, food safety requirements, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Bottle Filling, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Support machine changeover, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and other operational activities as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- Operator: 5–6 years of relevant experience in bottle blowing machine operation.
- Assistant Operator: 1–4 years of relevant experience in bottle blowing or similar production machinery.
- Experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of PET bottle blowing machines and production processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to identify basic machine faults and take necessary corrective action.
- Physically fit and capable of working in shifts.
