Job Description / Responsibility

Overview: Knit Asia Limited (a company of New Asia Group) is a reputed and large Fabric manufacturing company with eco-friendly, safe and healthy working environment.
We are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance (DGM)– Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing for the factory who is really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Head of Quality Assurance (DGM)– Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.
Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities of Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing departments.
Ensure fabric quality meets buyer requirements, international standards, and approved specifications.
Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Technical, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Handle buyer audits, third-party inspections, and quality requirements.
Analyze quality reports, root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor fabric testing parameters including GSM, shade, fastness, pH, shrinkage, spirality, and defects.
Train and develop QA/QC team members to improve efficiency and quality awareness.
Ensure continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework, and claims.
Target to achieve near to zero customer issues on technical side.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

15 to 30 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 52 years
Only Male
At least 5 years in a same managerial or head-level quality position.
Strong exposure to export-oriented knit composite factories.
Specialized knowledge in Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing is mandatory.
