Job Description / Responsibility

Able to fit samples on mannequins, assess garment balance and aesthetics, and provide actionable fit comments with sketches/photos.
Review proto, fit, pre-production, top-of-production & Gold seal samples against specifications.
Able to communicate with buyer on all fitting and sample approvals.
Develop and enforce standards for garment construction, sizing, and grading.
Identify and resolve production risks related to efficiency, quality or construction.
Work with design teams to ensure creative vision is technically feasible
Act as the primary technical contact for buyer & factories, ensuring clear instructions and minimizing errors.
Able to help in change over and line layout.
Strong understanding of pattern, shape and fit for trousers and woven garments.
Strong understanding of lycra, stretch denims
