Job Description / Responsibility

Lead Finance & Accounting, including strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure strong financial control, compliance, cash flow, and risk management.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Drive cost efficiency, profitability, and operational performance across the business.
Oversee tax, VAT, audit, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Lead legal team
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Support business strategy, investments, transformation, and sustainable growth.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
A university degree in Finance/ Economics or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 45 years
Need Legal experience.
Danish language fluency in strongly preferable.
Exposure to cross-country and global finance management practices will be an added advantage.
