Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure overall health and safety within the factories.
Perform periodic health checkups for workers and staff.
Conduct health checkups for employees at the time of recruitment.
Prescribe medicine and provide medical advice to attending patients.
Administer first aid to emergency patients and, if necessary, refer them to specialised nearby hospitals with proper notification to factory management.
Maintain records of sickness, injuries, or accidents and analyse these records to minimise such incidents.
Strategically plan to maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.
Conduct health-related training programs to raise awareness about health and hygiene.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Female
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.
Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.
Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care are required.
Competency in advanced life support skills.
